Is a mobile app the right choice?

A good fit if

  • Your customers or staff would use it every day, on their phones
  • You need features that suit a phone, such as notifications, the camera or location
  • You run bookings, orders, field work, inventory or reporting that a phone makes easier
  • You want your own branded app on Google Play and the App Store

Look at a Custom Web Application instead if

  • People can use it in a browser, on a phone or a computer
  • Your budget is below the starting price
  • You want to launch sooner and avoid app store review
  • Mainly staff in an office will use it

How we scope and build your app.

The timeline depends on the features. You receive a written estimate after the requirements call.

1

Requirements call

A 30–60 minute call about your users, your workflow and what the app must do.

2

Scope and quotation

We list the screens and features, estimate the work and send a written scope with price and timeline.

50% advance
3

Design and build in milestones

We design the screens for your approval, then build feature by feature. You review each milestone.

Payments tied to milestones
4

Test, publish, hand over

Testing on real phones, store submission, documentation and handover.

Final payment on delivery

What we need from you, and the terms in short.

From you

  • A clear description of the problem the app solves and who will use it
  • Examples of the forms, spreadsheets or processes it will replace
  • One decision-maker who approves each milestone
  • Your own Google Play and Apple developer accounts, which we help you set up

How we keep it clear

  • A written scope lists every screen and feature before any build begins
  • Payments are tied to deliverables you can see and approve
  • Changes after sign-off are quoted as change requests, so nothing surprises you

Pricing

Our price is based on the screens, features and work involved. You see the full quotation before you pay anything.

Ownership

You own the final deliverables after full payment. We keep rights to our own reusable tools and components. The app is published under your accounts.

Hosting and services

The server and any third-party services the app needs are billed separately. We show the cost before we set anything up.

Questions about Mobile App.

Yes. We build one app that runs on both, which keeps the cost lower than building two separate apps.
We hold a requirements call, list the screens and features, estimate the work for each and add a buffer for testing and changes. You then receive a written quotation.
Yes. They are registered in your name and paid for by you directly. This means the app is yours, and we help you set the accounts up.
No one can. Google and Apple review every app. We follow their rules closely to avoid problems, but the decision and the timing are theirs.
If you mainly need to present your business and receive enquiries, a website is faster and more affordable. If your users need to do something every day, on their phones, an app is worth considering. We will tell you honestly which fits.
Phones and app stores change over time. After handover we can quote ongoing maintenance for your app.
