Care is for keeping a live website healthy. It is not a redesign service. Here is the line between the two.

Every Care plan includes this.

A small change means a text, image or contact-detail edit of about 15 minutes. Larger work is quoted separately.
Do you need Website Care?
A good fit if
- Your website is live and you want it monitored, backed up and kept secure
- You often need small edits, like opening hours, prices or photos
- You do not have an in-house person to look after the website
- You want one monthly fee instead of surprise invoices
You may not need it if
- Your site is brand new and still inside its included support period (14 or 30 days)
- You have your own team that maintains and updates the website
- You rarely change anything, and prefer one-off paid fixes
How Care works month to month.
Simple and predictable. You send a request, we reply, we make the change.

WhatsApp or email us what you want changed, like a new phone number or a replaced photo.
We reply within 24 hours
On working days. We confirm it is a small change, or quote it separately if it is bigger.

Small changes are completed within 2 working days.
You get a report (Plus and Growth)
Plus and Growth plans include SEO checks, speed monitoring and a monthly report.

- Keep your requests inside the monthly allowance, or ask us to quote larger work
How we keep it clear
- The monthly limits are written in your agreement
- A "small change" is defined as an edit of about 15 minutes
- Anything larger is quoted before we start
Billing
Care is invoiced in advance, monthly or quarterly.
Unused changes
Small changes do not carry over to the next month, so use them while you have them.
Response times
Replies within 24 hours on working days. Critical outages are handled as soon as possible.
