Before you pay anything
A free 15-minute call and a free review of your current website, then a written scope and quotation. Nothing starts until you say yes.
How payments work
A 50% advance starts the work. The rest follows approvals, as shown in the table above. Very small projects use 50% and 50%.
If you change your mind
If you cancel before design work starts, your advance is returned. Once design work has started, the advance is not refundable.
Who owns it
You own the final deliverables after full payment. Where possible, your domain is registered in your name.
